5 strategies to improve wellbeeing!
 
Hello fellow blogreaders! Hope You had/have a great start of The week!! Today i want to share a few simple strategies on how you can improve your wellbeeing in quite simple ways 
 
1. Schedual your activities in a calendar or in your Phone. This makes you relax and You can let go of all theese stuff in your head and make space for better things 😋
 
2. Meditate eaven if it is just 5 minutes of your time while you sit down and focus on your breath
 
3.get mindful while working with your hands and creativety. For exemple bake a cake, paint, do a visionboard or repot your plants 🌱 ☮️
 
4. Go for a walk in nature! Focus on The sounds from birds who sings or the scent around you. Embrace the peace in nature and that You are a part of it 😀
 
5. Write down a list of at least 3 things you are thankful for every evening before you go to sleep. this will work because your brain will notice theese things and for every time you do so you tell it that you are thankful for a lot of good things..
